Shipping Terms
Our shipping incoterms are Ex-Works (EXW), which means that once the goods are made available for pick-up at our facility in Singapore, all responsibility and cost for transportation, insurance, and freight fall to the client. However, we are happy to assist in engaging forwarders for bulk and private label orders to facilitate the shipping process.
Shipping Carriers
- International Shipments: We commonly engage Maersk for international shipments, ensuring reliable and timely delivery of your bulk and private label orders.
- Domestic Shipments: For domestic orders within Singapore, we use Lalamove, providing efficient and quick delivery services. Shipments booked will be shipped and delivered the same day.
Shipping Process
- Order Processing:
- Once your order is placed, it will undergo production and a thorough quality check.
- Production and quality checks typically take 5-6 weeks to complete.
- Engaging Forwarders:
- For bulk and private label orders, if requested, we will engage trusted forwarders to handle the shipment.
- You are free to engage your own forwarders or couriers for your orders as well.
- Shipment:
- After production completion and quality check, your order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks.
- You will receive a notification once your order is shipped, including tracking details if available.
Shipping Costs
The cost, insurance, and freight (CIF) are payable by our clients. These costs will vary based on the destination, weight, and size of the shipment. We recommend consulting with the chosen carrier for specific rates and additional charges.
Shipping Transit Time
- International Shipments:
- Transit times for international shipments are dependent on the carriers used and the destination country. Maersk generally provides reliable transit times, but exact durations can vary.
- Domestic Shipments:
- Domestic shipments via Lalamove typically have shorter transit times, but this can also depend on the specific delivery location within Singapore.
Customs and Duties
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance and additional duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the client. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
